Baked filet of flounder

4 | larges | Flounder filets |
1 | can | (large) medium-size shrimp |
1 | can | (large) mushrooms |
4 | tablespoons | Butter |
4 | tablespoons | Flour |
1 | cup | Milk |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
1 | dash | Each paprika & parsley |
Directions
Cut aluminum foil in 12-inch square for each peice of fish. Arrange fish in center of square. Divide shrimp & put on fish. Make thick white sauce with flour, milk, butter & salt. Stir in lemon juice & pour over fish. Add paprika & parsley. Fold foil on top so the liquid will not drain out. Place on cookie sheet & bake at 425 for 40 minutes.
