Fast and easy fruit sauce

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Peach slices in light syrup; canned |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Butter-flavored extract |
Directions
Combine the peaches ( including the juice) and the sugar in a blender, and process until smooth.
pour the mixture into a 1-quart pot, place over medium heat, and cook until heated through. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the butter-flavored extract.
Serve warm over pancakes, French toast, or waffles. Store any leftover sauce in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Canned Lite Apricots may be substituted for the peaches.
