Fondue cheese muffins

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
3 tablespoons Melted margarine
3 tablespoons Kirsch
1 cup Grated gruyeye cheese
1 Clove garlic crushed
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
3 teaspoons Baking powder
2 cups Flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 375øF, prepare pans. Put the first 4 ingredients into a bowl & mix well. Add the remaining ingredients & blend until just mixed.

Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12 muffins.
