Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Bisquick
¼ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine; softened
¾ cup Milk
1 Egg
½ cup Butter; melted
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
cup Sugar

Directions

Combine Bisquick, sugar, nutmeg, softened butter, milk & egg. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill muffin cups ⅔ full. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 or until golden brown. Remove from pan & roll in melted butter, then in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve hot. Makes 12 medium size muffins.
