TRANSFER TO SKILLET AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE. REPEAT WITH REMAINING MARGARINE AND BREAD. SERVE WITH MAPLE SYRUP OR CONFECTIONERS SUGAR.
