Fresh fruit and slaw

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Salad dressing or mayonnaise
¼ cup Vanilla or peach yogurt
½ cup Halved seedless green or red grapes
½ cup Cubed nectarine or peeled peach (up to)
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
4 cups Purchased coleslaw blend
1 tablespoon Chopped peanuts or shelled sunflower seeds; if desired

Directions

DRESSING

SALAD

In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; blend well.

In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except peanuts; stir gently to combine. Pour dressing over salad; stir gently to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts.
