Fresh blueberry cobbler #2

Ingredients

½ | cup | Sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
4 | cups | Fresh blueberries |
2 | tablespoons | Water |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
1 | cup | Bisquick original baking mix |
¼ | cup | Milk |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Margarine or butter; melted |
Directions
HEAT oven to 425 degrees. Mix ½ cup sugar and the cornstarch in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in blueberries, water and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
MIX remaining ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 6 tablespoonfuls onto hot blueberry mixture.
BAKE about 15 minutes or until golden brown. 6 servings.
