Blueberry cobbler

3 cups Blueberries
2 tablespoons Liquid sucaryl
2 tablespoons Quick-cooking tapioca
¾ cup Water
cup Biscuit mix
½ cup Skim milk
1 teaspoon Liquid sucaryl

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine blueberries,the 2 tbsps sucaryl,tapioca,and water; turn into a shallow 6 cup baking dish.Combine biscuit mix,milk,and 1 tsp of sucaryl,mixing only until flour is dampened.With spoon,form into 6 biscuits on top of the berries.Bake 30 to 40 minutes,or until the biscuits are golden brown and the berries bubbling hot.
