Fresh salmon chowder

2 | mediums | Onions, sliced |
2 | Carrots, sliced | |
2 | Stalks celery wit tops, diced | |
3 | Potatoes, peeled and cubed | |
1 | cup | Water Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste |
1½ | pounds | Fresh salmon fillets |
1 | cup | Milk |
Directions
Bring onion, carrots, celery and potatoes to a boil with water, salt, and pepper; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add salmon amd milk to saucepan. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until fish is done.
Serve.
