Fresh salmon chowder

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 mediums Onions, sliced
2 Carrots, sliced
2 Stalks celery wit tops, diced
3 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup Water Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
pounds Fresh salmon fillets
1 cup Milk

Directions

Bring onion, carrots, celery and potatoes to a boil with water, salt, and pepper; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add salmon amd milk to saucepan. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until fish is done.

Serve.
