14½ | ounce | Italian style stewed tomatoes |
1 | Bottle (8 oz) clam juice | |
¼ | cup | Long grain rice |
Salt and pepper | ||
Green onion; thinly sliced |
Directions
Combine salmon, corn, tomatoes, clam juice and rice. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until rice is tender; season with salt and pepper and garnish with scallion.
