Garlic turkey sausage

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 Feet small hog or sheep casings
5 pounds Turkey-15% fat
1 tablespoon Ground coriander seed
2 teaspoons Salt, or to taste
2 teaspoons Black pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder OR-
2 cloves Finely minced garlic

Directions

Prepare the casings. Grind turkey through the fine disk; combine with remaining ingredients and grind again. Stuff casings and twist of into 3" links. Saute in vegetable oil until evenly browned and cooked trhough.
