Georgia peach sauce

1 cup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Or 5 peaches, like Freestone
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
2 Cinnamon sticks
10 Whole cloves
1 teaspoon Sugar
Pinch of salt

Directions

Peel and slice the peaches and place in a nonreactive saucepan. Add t remaining ingredients and ½ cup of water. Cook the suace over low h for 15 mintues, stirring occasionally, Serve hot or at room temp.
