1 | Clove fresh garlic; crushed |
Directions
Blend thoroughly all ingredients, except the fish, in a mixing bowl or baking pan. Add seafood steaks (or shrimp or scallops) and marinate 30 minutes in the refrigerator, or overnight. For the outdoor grill, use remaining marinade as a baste. To bake in the oven, place in a baking pan with all the marinade, and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until steaks flake easily with a fork.
