Ginger garlic soy lime dressing

1 cup Tamari or light soy sauce
4 tablespoons Rice vinegar
¼ cup Lime juice
8 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoons Fresh grated ginger =OR=
1 teaspoon Dried ginger
tablespoon Spike seasoning
teaspoon Dark sesame oil
¼ teaspoon Chili oil

Directions
