4 mediums Apples; unpeeled and cored
¼ cup Plus 2 tbsp butter or margarine
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Firmly packed brown sugar

Directions

Slice apples into ⅛-inch rings. Place apples and butter in a large skillet; cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until apples arre tender. Add sugar, and cook uncovered 10 minutes or until golden brown.
