2 teaspoons Minced chipotle chilies - reconstituted; chopped

Directions

Directions: To marinate the steak, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and cumin. Pour over the steak and marinate for at least 2 hours. To make the glaze, combine the honey, dijon mustard, hoisin sauce, lime juice, garlic, and chilies. Grill the steak on the barbecue for 5-8 minutes on each side. Brush the glaze onto the steak as it is cooking.

Slice thin and serve.
