Golden sausage boats

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 eaches Pork sausage links
6 eaches Eggs
cup Milk
dash Salt
6 eaches Hotdog buns

Directions

Place links in unheated skillet. Do NOT prick skins. Add 3 Tbs water.

Cook, covered 5 minutes over low heat. Uncover, drain liquid and finish cooking links over low heat, turning till well browned on all sides.

Meanwhile, beat eggs together with milk and salt. Dip buns into mixture. Grill on both sides till browned. Place sausages in buns.

Serve with syrup.
