Sweet and sour sausage balls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pounds Pork sausage, sage flavor
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
cup Soft bread crumbs
3 cups Catsup
¾ cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
½ cup White wine
½ cup Vinegar
½ cup Soy sauce

Directions

Mix together sausage, eggs and crumbs. Shape mixture into small balls, the size of small walnuts. Saute in frying pan until browned on all sides; drain. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over sausage balls and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. If made ahead, refrigerate or freeze sausage balls in their sauce.
