Greek tarama salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Tarama [Carp Roe]
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 slices White bread
¾ cup Olive oil

Directions

In a mixer or blender, blend on low the tarama and lemon juice. Trim the crusts from the bread, soak the bread in water, and squeeze out the excess water. Break the bread into the mixture and blend on medium. Add the oil gradually with the blender on; the mixture should thicken like mayonnaise. Serve as a dip with raw vegetables and olives or with toast, crackers or dippers.
