Green beans with honey-cashew sauce - country living

Ingredients

¼ cup Coarsely chopped, salted cashews
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Honey
1 pounds Green beans, trimmed, cooked tender-crisp, drained

Directions

1. In large skillet, saute cashews in butter over low heat until lightly browned-about 5 minutes. Add honey and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute longer.

2. Pour cashew sauce over beans and toss until coated; spoon into serving dish and serve immediately.
