Honey mustard green beans

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Fresh green beans
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper

Directions

Wash and trim beans. Steam in your favorite manner until tender (the microwave works well). In a small dish, microwave the butter, honey and mustard until well blended. Pour over the green beans and toss to coat.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
