Green beans with garlic sauce

1½ | pounds | Fresh green beans; trimmed and cut into 1\" lengths, ( I think you could accomplish the same results with canned Green Beans) |
3 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Minced garlic |
1 | tablespoon | Honey |
2 | teaspoons | Minced; peeled fresh ginger |
Directions
The is the monthly recipe sent out by the Idaho Power Company Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add green beans and saute until beans are just crisp but tender, about five minutes. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, minced garlic, honey and ginger. Pour over green beans in skillet and boil until sauce thickens and coats vegetables, about two minutes. Place in bowl and serve immediately. Makes six servings.
