Grilled salmon, red pepper and basil butter

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Escalope of salmon
1 pack Butter; softened
1 Clove garlic
2 Red peppers; previously roasted
; and peeled
1 Lemon
1 pack Fresh basil
1 Anchovy fillet

Directions

Grill the salmon. Meanwhile finely chop all ingredients except the lemon (zest and juice it). Also reserve a couple of basil leaves for garnish.

Mash altogether with the butter and when the salmon is ready put a generous spoonful on top and garnish with the basil.
