Gruyere and plum tomato topped gammon steaks

2 | Plum tomatoes; sliced lengthways | |
1 | tablespoon | Shredded fresh basil leaves |
75 | grams | Gruyere cheese; sliced (3oz) |
Olive oil to drizzle | ||
Freshly ground black pepper |
Directions
Grill the gammon steaks following instructions on the pack.
Arrange plum tomato slices on each gammon steak. Sprinkle over the shredded basil.
Top with the cheese slices and drizzle with olive oil. Add freshly ground black pepper.
Place under a hot grill until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Notes Serve immediately with hot crusty bread and a crisp green salad.
