Ham and potato casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup SOUR CREAM
½ cup HEAVY CREAM
teaspoon SALT
6 eaches POTATOES, COOKED, SLICED
3 eaches HARD BOILED EGGS, SLICED
2 cups COOKED HAM, CUBED
1 cup RITZ CRACKERS, CRUSHED
2 tablespoons MELTED BUTTER
¼ teaspoon ONION SALT

Directions

COMBINE SOUR CREAM, HEAVY CREAM AND SALT IN A BOWL. LAYER ½ THE POTATOES EGGS AND HAM IN A 2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH ½ THE SOUR CREAM MIX.

REPEAT WITH THE OTHER ½ INGREDIENTS. MIX CRACKERS, BUTTER AND ONION SALT AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE CASSEROLE.
