Homemade turkey breakfast sausage made with fresh herbs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground turkey
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
4 Leaves sage; chopped, (up to 6)
1 teaspoon Thyme; chopped
½ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper; (or chopped fresh jalepenos, if you have them) (optional, if you like it hot)

Directions



Mix all ingredients and form into patties or stuff into sausage casings.

Fry up in a bit of vegetable oil.
