Homemade turkey breakfast sausage made with fresh herbs

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Ground turkey |
½ | teaspoon | Kosher salt |
4 | Leaves sage; chopped, (up to 6) | |
1 | teaspoon | Thyme; chopped |
½ | teaspoon | Freshly ground black pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Crushed red pepper; (or chopped fresh jalepenos, if you have them) (optional, if you like it hot) |
Directions
Mix all ingredients and form into patties or stuff into sausage casings.
Fry up in a bit of vegetable oil.
