Honey yougurt dressing

| 1 | cup | Plain lowfat yogurt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Plus |
| 2 | teaspoons | Honey |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
Directions
In a small bowl whisk together all the ingrediants until well mixed Store in refrigerator and shake well before each use. Use for fruit salads. Makes one cup
