Horseradish marinade (for beef)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Dry red wine
2 tablespoons Fresh thyme; minced
2 tablespoons Low-sodium worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
4 Cloves garlic; minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stire well. Use to marinate beef.

Yield: ¾ cup.
