Hot fruit casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Sliced pineapple, reserve
Liquid for use in sauce
1 can Peach halaves, reserve
Liquid for use in sauce
1 can Pear halves, reserve liquid
For use in sauce
1 Jar apple rings, reserve
Liquid for use in sauce
Sauce:
1 Stick of butter
2 tablespoons Flour, heaping TB
½ cup Brown sugar
1 cup Reserved fruit juices, mixed

Directions

Use a shallow long casserole dish. Arrange fruit in layers, with apple rings on top. Cook sauce until thick and smooth. Pour hot sauce over fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 09-29-95
