Iceberg lettuce with thousand island dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Yogurt
¼ cup Chili sauce
1 Hard-boiled egg; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Minced green onion
¼ cup Minced pimiento-stuffed green olives
4 Iceberg lettuce wedges
Shredded carrots

Directions

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients well, cover and chill. Serve the dressing over the lettuce topped with shredded carrots. This recipe yields 4 servings.
