¼ cup Oil
1 teaspoon Crushed red peppers
2 Cloves -- minced garlic
¼ cup Parmeson cheese
1 medium Onion -- chopped

Directions

3-4 ea potatoes; (cut in quarters) In casserole add butter, oil, garlic, onions and potatoes. Stir ingredients Sprinkle parsley, peppers, cheese and salt Bake 1 her at 350, might take longer.
