Jade zinger smoothie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Cucumber; peeled, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons Mint leaves & mint spigs; finely chopped
cup Apple juice or still cider
1 cup Lemon sorbet
1 cup Ice cubes

Directions

Place the cucumber, mint, apple juice or cider, sorbet and ice in a blender, and blend until smooth. Garnish with mint, and serve. Yield: 2 16-ounce servings.
