Jalapapeno corn bread (auto bread machine)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Plus 2 tab. water
2 tablespoons Soft butter or margarine
tablespoon Chopped jalapeno chili
¾ cup Frozen whole kernal corn; thawed
3⅔ cup Bread flour
½ cup Cornmeal
2 tablespoons Sugar
teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Bread machine yeast

Directions

FOR 2 LB. LOAF

Measure all ingredients carefully and place in bread machine pan in order directed by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.
