Ingredients

1 each Jalapeno slices to taste
1 pounds Nonfat Cheddar cheese
1 pounds Nonfat mozzarella cheese
½ cup Flour
½ cup Egg Beaters
1 can Evaporated skim milk

Directions

Arrange grated mozzarella and Chedar cheese in a 9½ x 11" baking dish. Mix flour, Egg Beaters and skim milk. Pour mixture over the cheese. Arrange as many Jalapeno peppers as you wish on top.
