Jim's maple carrots

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Baby Carrots
¼ cup Pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons Butter
Salt to taste
Paprika to taste

Directions

Steam carrots until tender. Melt butter in a cast iron skillet. Add carrots and maple syrup. Sprinkle salt and paprika over carrots. Cook and stir until carrots are brown and glazed. Serves 2. Note: This freezes well for later use. SOURCE:* Jim Bodle POSTED BY: Jim Bodle 10/94
