Ingredients

1 | pack | JIMMY DEAN SAUSAGE, uncooked |
10 | Fat-free saltine crackers, crushed | |
¼ | cup | Onion, chopped |
4 | ounces | Egg substitute |
1 | tablespoon | Chicken broth |
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
Zesty sauce | ||
½ | cup | Chili sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
Directions
Combine all ingredients together and roll into bite size balls. Place sausage balls 1" apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake sausage balls at 375'F. for 20 minutes. ZESTY SAUCE: Combine chili sauce, cider vinegar and brown sugar in a saucepan. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. Serve as a dip for the sausage balls.
