1 pounds Bacon; (diced)
3 mediums Onions; (diced)
3 Bays leaves
cup Sugar
cup Caraway seeds
1 cup White wine
1 cup Chicken stock; (1 to 2)

Directions

Saute bacon, add onions and remaining ingredients. Add chicken stock, just enough to cover ingredients. Simmer until kraut is tender (approx.

30 minutes).
