Kuepker's german potato salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 pounds Potatoes (red) boiled with skins on
1 pounds Bacon
1 large White onion
1 Doz eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Vinegar to taste

Directions

Peel potatoes. Put potatoes, and eggs in a bowl and chop into small pieces. Fry bacon, drain and save grease in pan. Cut bacon into small pieces. add onions, salt, pepper and vinegar to bacon grease.

Bring to boil, pour enough over the potatoes to moisten.

Can be served hot or cold.
