Laka's meatballs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Peanuts; shelled, toasted and ground
½ Envelope cream of onion soup
1 teaspoon Grated ginger root
½ Onion; chopped
1 pinch Nutmeg
1 pinch Cinnamon
Ground black pepper
1 Clove garlic; minced
Salt; to taste
Oil; for frying
1 cup Beef stock
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Juice of 1 orange
1 teaspoon Grated fresh ginger
Salt and pepper; to taste

Directions

MEATBALLS

SAUCE

Meatballs: Mix all together.Check salt.Cook in oil.

Sauce:

Blend orange juice and starch. Stir into boiling stock along with ginger, season with salt and pepper. Stir over heat until it thickens a little.

Serve over meat balls.
