Latin-style spice rub

Ingredients

¼ | cup | Cumin |
¼ | cup | Chili powder |
2 | tablespoons | Coriander seeds, crushed |
1 | tablespoon | Cinnamon |
1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar, packed |
2 | tablespoons | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Red pepper flakes |
2 | tablespoons | Black pepper, fresh ground |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and grind to a powder in a spice mill, coffee grinder, or with a mortar and pestle. Cover in a cool, dark place, it will keep for about 6 weeks.
