Ingredients

4 pounds Ground chicken breast, skinless
2 cups White bread crumbs
4 Whole egg whites, slightly beaten
1 cup Water
1 Env spaghetti sauce mix
1 cup Onions, chopped
1 cup Red and green bell peppers, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 12-cup fluted pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg whites, water, spaghetti sauce mix, onions, and bell peppers. Mix until well blended. Pack firmly into prepared pan. Bake for 1 and ¼ hours. Let stand 10 minutes, then unmold.
