Lemon herb seasoning salt substitute

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
tablespoon Dried basil
tablespoon Dried oregano
tablespoon Finely ground black pepper
tablespoon Dried onion flakes
tablespoon Whole celery seed
tablespoon Powdered basil
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Grated lemon rind

Directions

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss gently with spoon until well blended just before using. (For a more lemony flavor, add fresh lemon juice). Store in an air-tight container in a cool, dry, dark place for up to 6 months. Makes 1 cup.

This seasoning is good on fish, poultry and salads.
