Light onion bread

Ingredients

1 cup Potato water
2 teaspoons Canola oil
1 large Egg
2 cups All-purpose flour; unbleached
1 cup Rye flour
2 tablespoons Minced onions; dehydrated
2 teaspoons Vital wheat gluten
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Active dry yeast -Large Loaf---
cup Potato water
1 tablespoon Canola oil
2 larges Eggs
3 cups All-purpose flour; unbleached
cup Rye flour
4 tablespoons Minced onions; dehydrated
2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Directions

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
