Low fat shrimp

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Bread crumbs
3 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
¾ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Paprika
dash Cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons Coconut extract
2 pounds Raw shrimp

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, then toss with raw, peeled shrimp, until coated. Spread in a shallow 9 x 13 inch pan, sprinkle extra crumbs on tops. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes, until tender. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 09-14-95
