Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10 ounces Frozen black eyed peas
¼ cup Sweet red pepper, chopped
¼ cup Sweet green pepper, chopped
¼ cup Red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh jalapeno pepper
Chopped
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
¼ cup LF or LC Italian dressing*

Directions

*Try to use low fat or low calorie dressing.

Rinse and drain peas. Mix with all other ingredients. Refrigerate.
