Lucille's carolina mustard sauce

½ | teaspoon | Black Pepper |
¼ | Cinnamon Stick | |
1½ | teaspoon | Crushed Red Pepper |
1 | teaspoon | Cumin |
½ | teaspoon | Chili Powder |
2 | teaspoons | Cajun Seasoning |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
2 | ounces | Red Wine Vinegar |
1 | quart | Prepared Mustard |
2 | tablespoons | Pureed Garlic |
2 | tablespoons | Pureed Onion |
1½ | cup | Honey |
1 | tablespoon | Lime Juice |
1 | teaspoon | Grated Orange Peel |
2 | tablespoons | Pureed Shallots |
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Adjust sweetness and salt to taste.
Makes about ½ gallon sauce.
