Lucille's carolina mustard sauce

Ingredients

1 quart White Vinegar
pounds Sugar
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
¼ Cinnamon Stick
teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
1 teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 ounces Red Wine Vinegar
1 quart Prepared Mustard
2 tablespoons Pureed Garlic
2 tablespoons Pureed Onion
cup Honey
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Grated Orange Peel
2 tablespoons Pureed Shallots

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Adjust sweetness and salt to taste.

Makes about ½ gallon sauce.
