Guido's mustard sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10 Garlic cloves -- minced
1 tablespoon Pepper
½ tablespoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Rosemary
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons Teryaki sauce
4 tablespoons Brown sauce or A-1 sauce
1 tablespoon Red wine
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions

Saute garlic over low heat in a small, dry skillet for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add pepper, oregano and rosemary and continue sauteeing and stirring. Add Worcestershire and balsamic vinegar and continue stirring. Add teryaki and brown sauces and continue stirring. Add wine and Dijon mustard and cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes.
