Macaroni and bean bake - butter busters^

Ingredients

1 each Pk (7oz) macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cups Nonfat Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can (16oz) pinto, Ranch or red beans, undrained
1 can (16oz) Italian or Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 each Green pepper, diced
1 each Red pepper, diced
2 eaches Tb fatfree Parmesan cheese (Alpine Lace or Weight Watchers)

Directions

Heat oven to 375F. Spray a 9" square glass baking dish with a nonfat cooking spray. Combine macaroni, 1½ cups Cheddar cheese, beans, tomatoes and peppers; mix well. Spoon into prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
