1 c white meat turkey, skinned, cooked and cut in small pieces 1 cn (16oz) black beans, rinsed and drained 1 cn (16oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 cn (16oz) navy beans, rinsed and drained 1½ c nonfat Cheddar cheese, grated 1 sm red bell pepper, chopped 1 c milk chunky salsa ½ c thinly sliced green onions ¼ c chopped cilantro **OR** ½ ts ground coriander 2 tb lime juice In a large serving bowl, combine all of the beans, cheese, belll pepper, salsa, onions, cilantro and lime juice. Add cold chopped turkey and toss until well coated. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired. Per serving: 263 cal., 2g fat (7%), 18mg chol., 3g fiber, 26g pro., 37g carb., 600mg sod.
