3 | Eggs | |
1 | can | (13-oz) evaporated milk |
1 | cup | Sugar |
3 | tablespoons | Flour |
3 | tablespoons | Melted butter |
Nutmeg to taste |
Directions
Grease and flour 9-inch glass pie pan. Combine all ingredients in blender container; blend 30 seconds. Pour into pie pan and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
